Known commonly as the Lagoon Park of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. It’s where people gather to sit down and relax, enjoying the view of the park. Every morning before the sunrise, joggers are flocking the place, while some people are enjoying a nice breakfast outside the park at McDonald’s, Chowking, Mister Donuts, or Dunkin Donuts.
